 2nd Annual Bruce S. Oland Essay Competition:                                                                                                                        The Canadian Naval Review is holding its 2nd Annual Bruce S. Oland Essay Competition.

Competition Subjects:
1. How relevant is the Canadian Navy today?
2. Does Canada take its maritime responsibility seriously enough?
3. Who can and who should enforce Canada’s ocean policy?

Please note the prize list is as follows, plus publication in the Canadian Naval Review.

First Prize $1,000
Second Prize $500
Third Prize $250

Submission deadline is 31 May 2007 - entries should be submitted to this email address.
